About Hi-Yo, Turquoise!

Misty Korkow is the owner/designer of Hi-Yo, Turquoise!  After making bold, beaded turquoise jewelry for herself she found that her creations were popular with others.  In October of 2001, Misty took a two-year leave from her position as a flight attendant with Continental Airlines to allow extra time to fill orders and form her company, Hi-Yo, Turquoise!

Most of her sales transpire from her travels on the rodeo circuit.  Traveling those roads is familiar to Misty, as she was raised in South Dakota in a rodeo family.  Her family's stock contracting firm, Korkow Rodeos, produces all levels of rodeo and has provided bucking stock at  every National Finals Rodeo since its inception in 1959.

Misty's creations are not limited to jewelry.  Her wholesale and retail sales include horse tack, belts and dog collars.  Her items can be found at western stores and boutiques across the country.
